Impetigo/ strep and swollen gums? - impetigo in the gums
I've learned that you STREP and impetigo. I do not take med, but my gums are swollen and it really hurt to eat. It's the weekend, so I can talk to my doc. What should I do.

This can be a complication of streptococci. Continue with the antibiotics, gargle with warm salt water gargle and spit can - relief will be temporary. You can also use some Orajel for teething babies - that the pain relief, and take acetaminophen or ibuprofen regularly make what you feel more comfortable while your body heals.
