I know it's athlete's foot. But it's always ugly DINT know what to do to relieve the bumps, I know it's some sort of liquid on them and sing, I see my little finger (toe) on. Can not I wear my flip-flops, sandals or shoes that show toes. I do not know what to do, I'm very desperate. and I'm really scared, because I do not want it spreading. Please help me.
